This will help you how to solve a multiplying/dividing integer question..
eg.




  You multiply or divide integers just as you do whole numbers, but you must keep track of the signs. To multiply or divide negative or positive integers, always multiply or divide the absolute values and use these rules to determine the sign of the answer.


Positive x positive = positive
Negative x negative = positive 

Positive x negative = negative
Negative x positive = negative

Positive ÷ positive = positive
Negative ÷ negative = positive

Positive ÷ negative = negative 
Negative ÷ positive = negative

An example is: 

There are also questions where they may have a negative coefficient so when you have a negative coefficient you cancel it with the same negative number. Here is an example below:
